Russell George calls for Small Business Charter to boost the smallest firms

Russell George, Assembly Member for Montgomeryshire, is calling for a Small Business Charter to support Wales’ smallest firms. The call comes in advance of Small Business Saturday, a campaign to highlight small business success and to encourage consumers to ‘shop local’.
